GW2: Slain Shatterstep

Slain Shatterstep of the Vigil! Another roleplayer's OC from the MMO Guild Wars 2! I'm super excited about this piece!! I've been playing with this style but I haven't really gone super detailed with weapons like this before... and I love it a lot!
